Your Holistic Health Journey, Supported
Helping you feel strong, supported, and confident again - through movement tailored for your journey

What is
Exercise Oncology?
Exercise Oncology is the use of safe, scientifically tailored exercise to support individuals before, during, and after cancer treatment.
Research has shown that the right kind of movement can significantly reduce cancer-related fatigue, improve physical function, boost emotional well-being, and enhance overall quality of life for cancer survivors.
Exercise in the context of oncology isn’t about pushing limits—it’s about empowering you to rebuild strength, confidence, and vitality, based on where you are in your health journey. Every exercise programme is carefully personalised, considering your treatment history, current health status, and individual goals.
How We Can Support You
Our Approach
Rooted in care, evidence, and empowerment

Expert-Led Programming
Our founder, Ashley, holds a Master’s in Exercise Medicine (Oncology) and personally oversees the development of every exercise plan. You are supported by a team trained to understand the complexities of cancer treatment, recovery, and survivorship.

Personalised Exercise Prescription
Each programme is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or in remission. We adjust the type, intensity, and volume of exercises to match your energy levels, strength, and recovery pace.

Safe and Supportive Environment
Our gym is designed with private training zones, allowing you to train at your own pace without pressure or distraction. You’ll be surrounded by a community that values encouragement, not competition.
Whole-Person Approach
We believe that movement is only part of the healing journey. Our services focus not just on physical rehabilitation, but also on restoring your confidence, enhancing emotional well-being, and helping you reconnect with your body after cancer.

Who Can Benefit?
Exercise Oncology can benefit individuals at any stage of the cancer journey, including those:
-
Preparing for surgery or treatment (prehabilitation)
-
Undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy
-
Recovering from surgery or treatment
-
Managing long-term side effects such as fatigue, weakness, or loss of mobility
-
Seeking to rebuild strength, endurance, and quality of life during survivorship
